Ben started on 19 January 2000 as a holiday worker at TTS, which later became TransHeroes. He has been working full-time at TransHeroes since 2006, and if we include his time at TTS, he has now been with the company for over 20 years. In his role, he arranges and coordinates transport to and from countries outside the EU and ensures that all customs formalities are properly handled. What he particularly enjoys about his role is having the freedom to make the right decisions himself, guide customers and solve the problems they encounter. In doing so, he draws on the experience he has gained over all those years. He also enjoys being in contact with carriers, as well as the fact that he still learns something new every day.
