Get to know Bram
Bram works in software development at TransHeroes and particularly enjoys the variety of topics he works on and the contact with his colleagues. He can easily drop by another department to ask questions or contribute ideas, and colleagues also know they can turn to him for help. His colleagues know him as someone who is always happy to help, although Thomas in particular also knows him as a real ice cream enthusiast. In his free time, Bram enjoys reading, baking cookies, cakes and bread, and occasionally trying his hand at surfing. Since this year, he has also taken up a rather unusual new hobby: Bram is training to become a windmill operator and can regularly be found at the Nooit Gedacht training windmill in Warnsveld.
What do you enjoy most about your work?

The friendly team and the variety of topics that come up are the reasons why I enjoy going to work. Another big plus is that I can simply walk over to other departments to consult colleagues about our software. And fortunately, our colleagues know where to find us too.
How would your colleagues describe you?
You'd have to ask them! What I do know is that Thomas knows me as a real ice cream enthusiast. Whenever there's a new flavour of the month, we're the first to try it.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I'm currently reading the second book in Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn series. I also enjoy spending time in the kitchen baking cookies, cakes and bread. And every now and then, or whenever I'm back in Australia, I take some time to practise my own interpretation of surfing.
What's something people might not know about you?
Since this year, I've been training to become a windmill operator. I now regularly spend Saturdays at my training windmill, "Nooit Gedacht", in Warnsveld.
