What do you enjoy most about your work?

Guus met basketbal

In this job, you have to keep an eye on many different things at the same time while still maintaining an overview. That's why it's important to have a good helicopter view and be able to handle stress well. I particularly enjoy switching between different tasks and making sure everything runs smoothly in the end. When everything has been completed successfully, it gives me a great sense of satisfaction. I also enjoy working as part of a team. Finding the right solutions together and achieving good margins at the end of the week makes the work even more enjoyable. I also really like the atmosphere within the team: when there's work to be done, everyone gets on with it, but when there's room for a joke and some fun, there's definitely plenty of that too.

How would your colleagues describe you?

I think others would describe me as kind, calm, cool, calm and collected. Always friendly and a pleasant person to work with.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I've also been playing basketball for 16 years, usually on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I used to play matches regularly, but since the birth of my son, I no longer do that. Maybe I'll pick it up again next season.

I've also been playing bass guitar for 8 years now. I play in a band, and we regularly perform together. Besides that, I enjoy riding my motorcycle. I've had my motorcycle licence since 2022 and also own my own motorcycle.

What's something people might not know about you?

I did a six-month internship in Shanghai as part of my studies.
