Get to know Kim
Ze werkt binnen TransHeroes als Forwarding Specialist Road en houdt vooral van de afwisseling in haar werk. Verschillende klanten, bestemmingen en uitdagende zendingen zorgen ervoor dat geen dag hetzelfde is. Collega’s kennen haar als hardwerkend, serieus en rustig, maar ook als iemand die zeker in is voor een lolletje. In haar vrije tijd wandelt, leest en sport ze graag, maar voor een speciaalbier op het terras of een bierfestival is ze altijd te strikken. Daarnaast gaat ze in de zomer graag met haar man op pad met de cabrio en bezoekt ze regelmatig concerten en festivals.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I enjoy the variety in my work. This variety comes from the different customers I work with, but also from the countries the transport is going to. Whenever something seems difficult, I see it as a challenge. If the customer, the carrier and I are all satisfied with the result in the end, I've done my job.
How would your colleagues describe you?
My colleagues would describe me as hardworking, serious and usually calm, but I'm also always up for a laugh. Things don't always have to be serious at work.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy making time for walking, reading and exercising, but I'm always up for a craft beer on a terrace or a beer festival. During the summer months, my husband and I enjoy going for drives in our convertible.
What's something people might not know about you?
I wake up to KINK on the radio every day, and I love it! Whenever we get the chance, my husband and I enjoy going to concerts or festivals, sometimes together with friends. Our music taste ranges from rock and metal to hardstyle and alternative music.
