What do you enjoy most about your work?

Kirsten Asveld

What I enjoy most about my work is the combination of creativity, strategy and teamwork. I get energy from turning creative ideas into designs that appeal to and surprise people. No two days are the same: one day I'm working on an advertisement or a customer giveaway, and the next I'm contributing ideas for a film script or thinking about how we can become even stronger as a team.

How would your colleagues describe you?

My colleagues would probably describe me as caring, enthusiastic and creative. I like bringing energy to everything I do. After working as a psychologist for ten years, I've learned how important personal contact and genuine attention are, something I still put into practice every day, both in my work and when collaborating with others.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Kirsten Asveld

As a mother of two sons, life at home is fun, energetic and rarely boring. My husband and I are always working on new ideas and projects, whether at home or at work, big or small. In my free time, I enjoy being creative, watching films and series, doing fun things with family and friends, and travelling. I also have a great passion for styling and interior design.

What's something people might not know about you?

People often laugh at my enthusiasm when I've spotted yet another special bird. I can genuinely get excited about the fact that a kingfisher and even Mandarin ducks live in our garden. Who knows, maybe one day I'll become a dedicated birdwatcher… although chances are I'll just keep enthusiastically shouting: "Look, there's one!"
