Get to know Tamara
Tamara handles various customs-related tasks at TransHeroes. No two days are the same: one moment she's working on an import declaration, and the next she's applying for a certificate or preparing a quote. Her colleagues know her as hardworking, serious and someone who is always ready to help others. Fortunately, there's also plenty of room for fun and the occasional joke within the team. In her free time, Tamara enjoys walking the dog, watching series and movies, listening to music and travelling. She'll also soon be heading off on trips in a campervan. Tamara enjoys painting as a way to relax and mainly paints by following her intuition, without having a fixed end result in mind.
What do you enjoy most about your work?

What I enjoy most about my work is the fact that I still go to work with a smile on my face. My work is also very varied. One minute I'm working on an import declaration, the next I'm applying for a certificate or preparing a quote. Of course, there's always room for a joke within our team, and on Friday afternoons, stress balls are flying around everywhere.
How would your colleagues describe you?
I think my colleagues would describe me as a hardworking, serious person with my heart in the right place, who is always ready to help others with their questions.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy walking our dog, watching series or movies on TV, listening to music and travelling. I'll also soon be heading off on trips in our campervan.
What's something people might not know about you?
What they don't know is that I also enjoy painting, purely as a way to relax. It doesn't matter what I end up creating. This is also known as intuitive painting.
