A Clear TransPortal Overview

The TransPortal dashboard gives you a clear overview of the current status of requested quotes and booked shipments at a glance. The dashboard distinguishes between the different transport modalities. Moreover, we provide you with up-to-date transport information that may have an impact on your current or future shipments. This way, you are always up to date with the latest developments.
Required Actions Made Clear
The dashboard also shows you which actions are still open for you. This way, you know by which date you need to submit an invoice or upload the CMR. So you can be sure we have all the necessary documents to ensure your shipment runs smoothly.

Road, Sea & Air Freight
Our portal instantly calculates the price of your road transport. If you want to book air freight or sea freight with us, you only need to provide a few simple details, and the relevant department will get to work right away to offer you a competitive rate. Let us know how your shipment should be sent, the loading and unloading locations and the contents of your cargo, and our portal will determine the very best possible rate for your shipment. In the case of road transport, it’s even easier. In that case, you’ll receive a price directly in the portal, so you know exactly what to expect straight away.

Additional Services

After providing the standard details such as loading and unloading locations, we also offer a number of additional services. These services are designed to make your transport safer, easier, or legally compliant. For example, you’ll have the option to insure your transport. This transport insurance is not included as standard, so we provide you with advice on the best possible insurance for your specific transport. You can also indicate an ADR dangerous goods transport here, and you can select loading or unloading with a tail lift if there’s no forklift available at the location. And do you have goods that are taller than 2.6 metres? Then we offer a megatrailer with just one simple click. This way, we provide you with all the options to ensure your transport runs smoothly and without concerns.
Track Your Sea Freight
You can track your sea freight shipment live in the transport overview. This means you know exactly where your container is at any given moment. You’ll also receive real-time updates about the estimated arrival time at the destination port (ETA) and be informed of any changes. The live tracking works for all your containers and there’s nothing you have to arrange for it. We make sure all details are correctly entered so you can track your shipment yourself. If you have any questions, your contact person is of course ready to assist you! During a demo, we’ll tell you more about container live tracking and how we make sure everything stays up to date.
CMR Consignment Note

The developments in our portal never stand still. After a good number of optimisations and small changes, we are proud to announce that it is now possible to automatically generate a CMR from within the TransPortal! This means you never need to enter details manually for a CMR again – super handy, isn’t it? This fantastic function is available for all your shipments you place with TransHeroes. The portal automatically draws all necessary details from the order and places them accurately in the CMR. Of course, if you wish, you can still edit certain information before the CMR is generated.
With efficiency and convenience in mind, the CMR is printed in quadruplicate so all parties involved receive a copy. Do you use a CMR printer? Then we also offer the option to download only the required information without the borders (IRU). Downloading the CMR document is very simple: as soon as the transport order is visible in the portal, you’ll find a handy "Generate CMR" button at the relevant order. Shipping Labels
You can print a shipping label directly from the portal and stick it straight onto your pallet! When printing your shipping label, you can specify the number of pallets/consignments your shipment consists of. This way, each item receives its own unique label, making the sorting process easier and reducing the risk of misunderstandings when your shipment is delivered.
Would you also like to print shipping labels for shipments you place with TransHeroes? Then log in with your account to the TransPortal and go to the "Transports" section. Next, click on one of your shipments and generate your shipping label. Easy, isn’t it?

Address Book for Convenience

In the TransPortal, it’s also possible to create an address book. This address book is visible for you and all your colleagues who also have an account in the TransPortal! Additionally, you can save specific information for each address.

With the TransPortal, you can easily download a CO2 report on your road transport shipments. This gives you insight into the CO2 emissions per shipment, letting you see its impact and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. It offers a quick and easy way to monitor both the efficiency and sustainability of your transport. This way, you can make more conscious choices and contribute to a greener future – all at the click of a button.
View and Pay Invoices

With our platform, you can easily view and pay all your invoices in one place. Everything is organised in one clear spot, so you no longer have to deal with scattered payments or lost invoices. You can quickly find, check and process invoices at the click of a button. This saves time and ensures your administration is always up to date. So you have full control over your payments, whenever and wherever suits you.

Our TransPortal comes with an API integration. While this might sound a bit technical, it offers tremendous advantages for you. This API ensures that our portal communicates with your transport and/or booking system. This way, information is exchanged and you have all the details directly from the system you’re using. So you don’t have to keep entering info into your own transport or booking system as well as our portal – this happens automatically. Not only does this save you plenty of valuable time, it also eliminates the risk of possible errors.
